| First, check for any residue, such as guide tape, in the ironing belt groove's isolation shaft. This residue can cause unevenness and wear, so should clean out those residue promptly. |

| Second,Carefully inspect the nylon sleeve inside the blade, Check for any tangled clothing, such as lint or wool or guide taps in this area, those residue can cause the belt to run on one side and result to the aramid(kelvar) woven ironer belt broken. Also, observe the bounce to adjust whether the nylon sleeve worn out, if bouncing not at the same time, suggesting replace whole nylon sleeve. |
