Laundry Ironer Belts are used on commercial flatwork ironer or laundry industrial ironer, they are working on the ironer heating part, so strict on the belts working on the ironer which can resist the high temperature, normally steam ironer use woven ironer belts, Gas and Oil heating ironer use 50%nomex/50%polyester ironing belts or 100%nomex belts, we offer all above ironer belts.
Hongkong Xinyun's laundry ironer belts are good heat resistance and durable, we can produce every kind of ironing belts which has different materials, thickness and width, those with a good dimensional stability and suitable for all kinds of flatwork rotary ironing machine. We have four types of ironing belt, and the customer can choose them depend on different craft, types of ironing machine and working temperature.
All ironing belts can be made to ready belt with hooks, nomex cover and pins, or supplying in roll .Other special requirements and size can be customized. And in order to support our customers to make ready-made belts locally, we supply ironer belt fastener machine, belt fastener hooks, nomex cover belt cutting devices and pins to join the hooks.
Needle Type of 100% Nomex（Meta Aramid）Ironer Belt available thickness 2mm(550gr/m2) and 4mm(1200gr/m2), 100% Nomex ironer belt could resist high working temperature 240 ℃. Thickness of 2mm nomex belt can replaces and outperforms the traditional (brown) chicago belt. Advantage: high air permeability.
Nomex Polyester Ironer Belt is combined by 50% nomex (meta aramid) and 50% polyester, 100% nomex fabric for the base cloth, and 100% nomex top be a very smooth surface which have better stability and longer lifespan. Aramid polyester ironer belt can be working in 220 ℃ temperature, it is used on gas flatwork ironer or electricity heater flatwork ironer.
Chicago 100% Nomex Ironer Belt(aramid ironer belt) is brown color woven type, Specifically for Chicago ironing machine.
Woven Polyester Ironing Belt(canvas belt) is especially used on Chinese made steam heating laundry ironer machine.
Aramid / Kevlar Ironing Belt for High-Speed Ironer Machineis specifically designed for use with high-speed ironing machines made in China. Aramid ironer belt is woven from 100% Kevlar and anti-static yarn by special heat treatment and high-temperature setting which can resist high temperature to 280 ℃.
The advantage of Kevlar ironer belt are wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high strength and high tensile strength, non-deformation, long service life, etc.
