Ironer press machine for seal end of folder cotton belts, the working principle is heating the machine up and down board and pressing the hot melt seal tape to fused on the cotton belt face to make the pasting tight. Most of customer are confusing while the ironer folding cotton belts cutting end which cannot well of seal and get strong, however our desige of hot press machine combine
with our high-viscosity hot melt tape could solve this problem, it seem like a little thing but could solve big trouble, hot melt tape for cotton belts end after high temperature press via hot press machine, the tape glue melt and firmly stick on the cotton belt cutting surface, after we testing a lot, the seal tape still sticked on the cutting position well and never off.
We have two size of ironer press machine, one can work on width of 50mm to 90mm, another one working width of till 120mm.
